Rate “Implementation of Strategy”
Suitable for those who already have a general idea of the capital structure, but need a logically structured methodology for practical application. The main focus is the formation of a strategic model of actions: goal setting, scenario planning, activation structure and risk control. The program involves implementing the acquired knowledge into the current financial reality of the participant, with the possibility of feedback and adaptation to his individual limitations.

Tariff “Financial Structure 360”
Professional level of participation with a focus on building an autonomous logic of decision-making. Participants work in a small group under mentoring.
